Marian’s Detox Soup February 28, 2020January 9, 2015 by Peter O'Connell 3.5 Litre of Water 4 Carrots 4 Celery Sticks with leaves 2 cups cabbage 1 large red onion 2 sweet potatoes 12 oz parsnip or turnip 7 oz’s shitake mushrooms 6 oz’s button mushrooms 7oz’s radishes 1oz coriander 2 garlic cloves Directions: Simmer all ingredients for 2 hours then puree, will keep in the fridge for 5 days.
