Chocolate Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe February 28, 2020July 4, 2014 by Peter O'Connell Treat yourself with this delicious smoothie that tastes very decadent but is actually really good for you & dairy and gluten free! 1 cup milk of your choice (Almond/Rice/Coconut) 2 heaped tablespoons of chia seeds 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder A dash of cinnamon 1/2 cup of Blueberries A little honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten (optional).
