Treat yourself with this delicious smoothie that tastes very decadent but is actually really good for you & dairy and gluten free!
- 1 cup milk of your choice (Almond/Rice/Coconut)
- 2 heaped tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- A dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of Blueberries
- A little honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten (optional).
Add all the ingredients into your blender for around for 30-45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached.
