Marian’s Detox Soup

  • 3.5 Litre of Water
  • 4 Carrots
  • 4 Celery Sticks with leaves
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 12 oz parsnip or turnip
  • 7 oz’s shitake mushrooms
  • 6 oz’s button mushrooms
  • 7oz’s radishes
  • 1oz coriander
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions: Simmer all ingredients for 2 hours then puree, will keep in the fridge for 5 days.
