Preheat oven to 120-150C
Melt coconut oil in a baking dish
Add cashew nuts, turmeric, Himalayan salt and black pepper to melted oil and mix well
Roast in oven for approximately 10 mins
Remove from oven and mix
Return to oven for another 10-15 mins
Cool completely. Can be stored in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks
