Roasted Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

- Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 tablespoon raw/local honey
Remove seeds from the whole pumpkin. Discard pumpkin membranes and spread the pumpkin seeds on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss seeds with olive oil, and salt and pepper, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, and a drizzle of raw honey. Return to oven and until seeds are golden.
